Open zenifybudget.com in Safari, tap the Share button, choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. Zenify then opens full screen like an app.

Plan on a lower month you can count on. Each month, open Reports → Actual vs budget to see what really came in, and tap Use … as income to update that month’s plan.

Open Plan → Edit plan and tap Suggest limits. Zenify starts from what you usually spend, or the 50/30/20 guideline if you’re new. Change anything, or tap Undo.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We’ll send a secure link to choose a new one.

Open your profile (tap your initials on Home), then Face ID sign-in, and follow the steps. Next time, unlock with Face ID instead of your password.

For your privacy, Zenify locks after you’ve been away for a few minutes. Unlock with Face ID, or tap Sign in again.

Tap Connect on Home (or Bank accounts in your profile), then follow Plaid’s steps. You sign in to your bank inside Plaid; Zenify never sees your bank password.

Open Accounts, tap the connection, and choose disconnect. New syncing stops right away; transactions already imported stay in your budget.

On Activity, tap the import button (or Spreadsheet data in your profile) and choose a CSV, QFX/OFX, or PDF statement. You’ll review everything before it’s saved, and duplicates are skipped.

When you pick a category for a bank transaction, leave Use this for future transactions checked. Zenify remembers that merchant: every charge from it waiting for review gets the same category right away, and so does every future one.

Picking a different category with the box unchecked changes just that one transaction. To change or remove a remembered merchant, go to Account → Merchant rules.

Zenify matches bill payments in Activity to your bills automatically. If a category also has a limit for the same bill, Edit plan shows “Check your plan” with a one-tap Remove limit.

Open your profile, then Spreadsheet data for CSV files or Export my data for a full copy.

First disconnect any banks under Accounts. Then open your profile and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your login and all of your budget data, and can’t be undone.
