- Zenify helps you plan and track your money. It isn’t financial advice.
- It’s an early version: it may change, and occasionally something may not work.
- Keep your sign-in safe, and check important numbers against your bank.
- You can stop using Zenify and delete your account at any time.
1. Using Zenify
By creating an account or using Zenify, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you connect a bank account, you must be allowed to access that account.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details and devices secure, and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Not financial advice
Budgets, suggested limits, insights, and other numbers in Zenify are estimates to help you organize your money. They aren’t financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Make decisions based on your own judgment, and talk to a qualified professional when you need advice.
4. Bank connections
Bank connections are provided by Plaid. When you connect an account you also agree to Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy. Balances and transactions come from your bank through Plaid and can be delayed or incomplete, so always check your bank for the official record before acting on a number.
5. Your data
What you put into Zenify stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run Zenify for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it or delete it at any time.
6. Fair use
Please don’t misuse Zenify: don’t try to access other people’s data, interfere with the service, reverse-engineer security features, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Changes to Zenify
Zenify is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms. If a change is important, we’ll let you know in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Zenify after that means you accept the new terms.
8. No warranty
Zenify is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that its calculations will be exactly right.
9. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Zenify and the people who build it aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app, such as fees, overdrafts, or missed payments. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Zenify and delete your account at any time from your profile menu. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken or if we need to stop offering Zenify; if we stop offering it, we’ll give you time to export your data first.
